YOUR OWN NEON SIGN CREATION
Choose from a total of 12-13 neon flex colors. Neon tubes are made of high quality silicone, bright and flexible. They look really pretty both on and off.
We offer 36 unique fonts, including italic, block and double
line fonts. Our selection is not only exclusive to NeonOutshine, but it is also the most comprehensive selection offered by any LED neon sign manufacturer.

After sending the email, if there is no reply after 2 days, we will start production.
Yes! We do offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval for free. If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production we are no longer able to offer a refund.
CRAFTING / MANUFATCURING
Our Custom Neon signs are handmade to your approved design using Neon LED flex on an acrylic sheet backing. The materials used are PVC and acrylic. Our outdoor signage range is made using high quality LED lights in fully enclosed acrylic, and in our neon signs there is no fragile glass that can break, no neon gas, and no mercury.
NeonOutshine manufactures signs in multiple countries including USA, Canada and UK. Where your sign will be made depends on your location and the specifications and requirements of your sign.
Our signs come with an acrylic backboard. You can choose from a variety of options when it comes to this backboard (sometimes the design will determine what backboard is required). The backboard can be cut around the shape so it is contoured and nearly invisible or it can be cut in a desired shape. The backboard color can be clear, black or white.
ABOUT NEON LED SIGNS
Most of their products, including signs, lights, and wall art, are plug-in and require a power socket.
These products come with a 2m long cord and AC adapter, and a free remote and dimmer will be added to the order at checkout.
Hanging a custom neon sign is easy, as they weigh 5-11lb on average and come with pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard.
NeonOutshine offers Wall Mounting kits, which must be purchased at the time of ordering as they require a specific hole size. Customers can also hang the sign themselves with hardware store items. The full installation guide is available on their website.
Our LED neon is available in 6mm thickness, and the minimum letter height is approximately 3-4 inches for non-cursive fonts and 4-5 inches for cursive fonts. If a custom sign order is larger than 7ft by 3ft, it will be made on two or more backboards that can be easily arranged together to keep the signs safer during shipping.
Custom neon signs are mounted on a clear acrylic backboard. NeonOutshine offers two standard backing options at no extra cost. They also offer an acrylic cut-to-letter backboard option, as well as acrylic stands and open boxes, which are shown on the tool.
Our remote and dimmer offer various brightness settings, ON and OFF options, and Party Modes to make the light sign flash, flicker, and pulse. Using the dimmer can help with exposure when taking photos in front of the LED neon sign or when using it as a feature for a photo shoot.
Payment & Shipping
For signs and products ordered through the Custom Neon online shop, payment is taken at the point of sale. The same applies to all custom made signs that you design online using the Design tool.
NeonOutshine offers free standard shipping for all orders, regardless of value, and also provides a rush order option for an additional cost. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance.
Neon signs from Neon Outshine are handmade, so there is production time for each order. Most customers receive their neon signs within 15 days, but customs clearance may delay delivery in some countries.
We ships neon signs to physical addresses in the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, and worldwide. They do not ship to PO Boxes and may not be able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
n case a neon sign is damaged in transit, NeonOutshine will resolve the issue if it is reported within 14 days of delivery. A clear photo of the damage to the sign, the box, and the shipping label on the box must be provided.
NeonOutshine uses a premium express shipping service that requires a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery of neon signs. If a customer chooses to opt-out of the signature on delivery requirement, NeonOutshine will not be responsible for lost, missing or stolen parcels marked as 'delivered' by the shipping service.
LED Neon Flex vs Glass Neon
LED neon signs are a more affordable and durable alternative to traditional glass neon signs. LED neon signs are made of high-quality PVC and are flexible, while traditional neon signs are fragile and made of glass. Additionally, LED neon signs are energy-efficient, with lower power usage and a lower input voltage than traditional glass neon signs. They are also safe for home decor as they do not heat up and are lightweight, portable, and easy to install and maintain. LED neon signs produce no buzzing sound and do not interfere with electronic devices like TV and Wi-Fi. They are brighter than traditional glass neon signs and have a longer lifespan of approximately 100,000 hours compared to traditional neon signs that last approximately 10,000 hours. While LED neon signs can recreate the vintage neon look, it is not identical to traditional neon signs.
LED neon flex signs are a highly energy-efficient alternative to traditional glass neon tube signs, consuming up to 10 times less power. They operate on a low input voltage of 24V/120V, which is much lower than the typical input voltage of 3KV-18KV for glass neon signs. This not only leads to lower electricity costs but also ensures greater safety. LED neon signs also have a longer lifespan, up to 5 times longer than glass neon signs, which results in less wastage. Unlike traditional neon signs, LED neon signs are free of neon gas, mercury, and other harmful chemicals that can complicate the recycling process. Additionally, wooden backboards are now available as an added bonus.
Returns & Warranty
At NeonOutshine, returns and refunds are only available for faulty products. Our team will take all possible steps to address the issue, which may include fixing, replacing, refunding, or partially refunding the product. The final decision regarding refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, as well as any other resolution for faulty products, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of NeonOutshine, based on the nature and source of the fault.
NeonOutshine provides a 24-month warranty on our products, which covers electrical components when used appropriately. It is important to note that our indoor signs are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and any inappropriate use in this manner will void the warranty. If a sign is found to be faulty, the resolution will depend on the source of the issue and will be determined through a collaborative effort between NeonOutshine and the purchaser.
